With a simple approach, the residence contradicts the architectural anarchy that characterizes other residential projects in the area, introducing a functional, minimalist aesthetic. The materiality-glass, travertino stone- are organized by distinction, provoking an easy reading of the built body, as its composition looks to find an image of pure volumes and easy punctures- like a box with incisions made into it. In this contemporary residence, the main living areas of the ground floor are coupled with patios, gardens and pools and offer the flexibility to combine spaces. The house combines different intimate spaces with the delight of nature; the water continuing from the entrance to the rear ending in a pool, is a perfect example of this. The selection of natural materials allows the residence to blend in further. In the interior, the material shifts to satin travertino set against decorative elements using bronze, wood and fabrics.
