The house is designed to be used in a fluid way, with almost continuous connection between internal and external spaces. Expressed externally by the tall windows, the welcoming feeling that the double height patio produces lengthen the entrance, while being the dominant space distinguishing the different zones. The fleeting glimpses of the water and green entering the house through the windows, bonds the entire length of the house. Nature is dominant. Sliding windows can be opened and disappeared, transforming intimate spaces into wide open spaces. The materiality: stone finished decorative wall of the lobby, the living spaces connected with full height glazing in black anodized frames and louvered metal frames played with sumptuous furniture- proclaim their own unique outlook and Italian character
