The remaking of the residence reflects an intimate portrait of the people who live here, defines the interior spaces with more fluidity and exterior with contemporary grace. An interesting mix of tradition in a modern setting, the beach house seeks to maximize its relationship with the sea through a compositional celebration be it the infinity pool stretching out to the sea or the layering of greens and water bodies. A free-flow of spaces into one another and in-and-out of nature is the highlight of the house. Inside, the entrance foyer looks across to the living spaces distinct through stone, glass and wood across different levels. Neutral colors and earth tones, such as the soft grey in the stone feature wall, off-white in travertine walls and have been used to convey moods of placidity and steadiness of the space. The house is a true reflection Italian splendor in a contemporary context, be it the upholstered walls, chandeliers and decadent furnishings.
