Set on the waterfront of Palm Jumeirah, Villa DRN is conceived as both a private residence and a setting for art and collectible objects. Its sculptural architecture draws inspiration from the movement of the sea, expressed through curved travertine surfaces, vertical brise-soleil elements and expansive glazed façades that open towards the water.

The interiors follow the same fluid design language, combining natural stone, bronze detailing and bespoke Italian craftsmanship. A double-height living area forms the heart of the residence, while landscaped internal patios and generous terraces create a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The basement is transformed into a private gallery, designed to accommodate photographic artworks and an exceptional car collection.

Designed by MMA Projects, Villa DRN was developed in close collaboration with Dynamic Design, whose design management role supports the coordination and realisation of the architectural and interior vision.
