Through site supervision, we review work against the agreed design and specifications, identify issues and coordinate follow-up with the relevant teams.

From planning through to handover, we provide the oversight needed to protect design intent and support a well-managed delivery.

Materials, finishes, furniture and lighting give a project its character. We help clients source the right products and coordinate their procurement, considering design, quality, cost and availability in each decision.

Working alongside the design and project teams, we organise selections, compare supplier proposals and clarify specifications before orders are placed.

We also help manage lead times, order tracking and delivery coordination so purchases align with the wider project programme.
